Let’s pass IT on

Personal data will be processed: (1) to the extent necessary to perform the agreement (participation in the "Let's pass IT on" Referral Program) or to take the actions necessary to conclude the agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) of GDPR) - for the duration of the cooperation and thereafter for the period until the expiry of the claims related to its performance; (2) for the purpose of fulfilling accounting and tax obligations, pursuant to the legal obligations imposed upon the Controller (Art. 6(1)(c) of GDPR), in particular the ones arising from the Accounting Act, the Tax Ordinance, the Corporate Tax Act, the Value Added Tax Act - for the periods required by the relevant legislation; (3) in order to pursue the Controller's legitimate interest, namely to contact the referrer with regard to the participation in the referral program (Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR) for the duration of the cooperation or until an effective objection is lodged; (4) and in connection with the establishment, investigation or defence against possible claims, based on the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller or a third party (Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR) for the periods arising from the claims. The data might be received by entities entrusted with the processing of personal data under the concluded contracts (service providers in the field of, inter alia, consultancy services, IT, etc.). Personal data is not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, and will not be transferred outside the EEA. The Referrer reserves the right to request access to their personal data, to have it rectified, erased or restricted, as well as the right to object to processing. They also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The provision of the data is voluntary but necessary to participate in the "Let's pass IT on" Referral Program.
