Reorganizing work of four developer teams working on an e-commerce platform. Implementation of Scrum resulted in a departure from the Waterfall model towards agile methodologies in the software development cycle and the entire project management. Services were provided in the Staffing Services model, the customer was provided with two Scrum Masters.
